Technology “Gift or Cruse”

Education plays an important role in everyone’s life. Learning starts from home, schools, Professional career. As a kid we learn lessons of moral science in school and home. And in Professional career we learn how to deal with real world. When we talk about African countries and East Asian countries like Japan, Singapore. Only one thing comes in our mind “Education System “. Not only in African countries but also in India the Education system is not up to the mark. We are still facing lots of challenges such as Unavailability of books, teachers, Long distance education, Internet connectivity, Lease line connection etc.

Almost 8 year ago, When I was posted in interior village town tier VI. I saw life of people live maximum are uneducated same they done with their children. I ask reason why they not send their student to schools they simply said schools are much far and not able to pay education fee. But In true sense actually they don’t care for this.

Thanks to Technological advancement from 2001 onwards till now between this period of time we are now at least capable to work from Different locations , video conferencing , online test, Exams preparation take place from majority of locations .but still we face problem. In Remote locations Examples Villages.

During this covid19 Pandemic many Educational Institutions and corporate houses faces lots of challenges. Many corporate houses start working “work from home”. I talk with some of my Friends from different industries they miss their offices “haha”. And they actually faces “work life balance” but for companies point of view they  actually get benefits from it to save electricity, other  benefits of their employees.

And if we talk about Education in this covid pandemic teaches us the difference between “layers of Education”. We are Unable to provide equal teaching to every student.  If we see tier cities I, II , III , IV , V , VI  . Metros, Urban and Semi Urban are not too much hamper,  Reason of availability of online classes, Video Lectures, Internet connectivity and Smart phones , Laptops etc. but on other side if we talk about Remote location Such as Villages they don’t have Proper Internet connectivity , Electricity ,  smartphones , laptops and that’s why they are not compete with other students of big cities.  Approx. 24 Million student left school in this Pandemic all over the world according to united nation and 1.6 billion affect their learning.
